Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Liase with customers on quality plan and related issues as well as initiate and follow up on effective corrective or preventive action.
• Initiate product quality meeting to highlight issues and discussion on action plan.
  Ensure that quality related issues and customer feedback are promptly and effectively.
• Join as the core team for new product PPAP preparation (APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, PSO, SPC control limit establish).
• Able to develop on overall quality plan & process improvement for the company.
• Coordinate to ensure internal QC team understand on the product requirement.
• Drive quality improvement plan.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate can choose preferable workplace either in Puchong or Nilai plant.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily machine setup, maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure it meet production requirement
• Setting of production machinery (Metal Stamping, CNC Bending, Robotic Welding and etc.)
• Control daily output, activities and prepare daily production report
• Immediate feedback to superior whenever machine break down and perform corrective action where necessary
• Provide training to operators on the product manufacturing process and machine operating process
• Ensure good housekeeping and 5S on production floor
• Support and assist in making development sample
• To carry out any other task as and when require

Requirement
